At the CeBIT 2015 Asia-Pacific Counter, located right next to the International Business Area Lounge (Hall 6, H54), the City of Cologne exhibited its leading position as an international business location for investment and events.
The metropolis at the river Rhine maintains longstanding and strong ties to Asian-Pacific countries. International companies located in Cologne benefit from the best broadband services in Europe as much as from the loveable culture of the 4th largest Germany city.
The CeBIT Asia-Pacific Counter has been organised by the APAC and supported by the German Asia Pacific Society’s (DAPG) service team.
Throughout the week, initial talks with far more than one hundred IT enterprises from Asia-Pacific countries - intending to strengthen their business ties with Germany, and with Cologne in particular - have been held.
Finally, on the last CeBIT day, a large number of international business representives of the surrounding International Business Area did enjoy freshly tapped "Kölsch" - a famous local speciality beer of Cologne - at the Asia-Pacific Counter.
